1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raivaly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Platform. Raivaly is currently in a Beta phase, and features or services may change without notice.

2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Raivaly is an unofficial, community-driven fantasy platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company International. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. All game data, character names, and related media are used under nominative fair use for the sole purpose of operating a fantasy sports league.

3. Age Requirements

By using Raivaly, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or 16 years of age if you reside in a jurisdiction within the European Union (EU) where applicable law requires a higher age of consent for data processing. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

4. Amusement Purposes Only

Raivaly is a free-to-play fantasy platform designed strictly for entertainment and amusement purposes. There are no monetary entry fees, and no real-money prizes are awarded. Raivaly is not a gambling, sports betting, or daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Users may generate certain content on the Platform, including but not limited to "Manager Names" and "Team Names". You agree not to use language that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Moderation Rights: The operators of Raivaly reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to forcefully rename, suspend, or permanently ban any user or team that violates this Acceptable Use policy, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Raivaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
